Market Review Indonesia’s 10-year gov’t bonds yields down 2 bps to 6.30% on Wednesday (21/7/2021). The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note jumped 8 basis points, rising to 1.29% at 2:15 p.m. ET. The move higher comes after Treasury yields sunk at the beginning of the week, with the 10-year rate hitting a five-month low, amid concerns about the rapid spread of Covid-19 variants and rising inflation. We expect a better result of yesterday's government bond auction to give a positive catalyst for the Indonesian bond market today. Bond Recommendations: PBS027; FR0091; FR0088.
